What do you get when you let your homeless friends live with you until their new house is ready?
Dinner!
I came home from work tonight, after meeting my new families at Meet the Teacher, and found a great dinner waiting for me. We had baked chicken, steamed green beans, and mashed potatoes. The best thing was… I didn’t do any of it. Then, after dinner, I ran out the door for piano lessons, and the dishes were done by the time I got home. This new (short term) living arrangement is working for me!
