I tried a few recipes from a Weight Watcher cookbook last week. I have to say, I was surprised at how much my family loved them!
This is an apple-pear dessert. I think it’s supposed to be an apple pie substitute. The base is kind of like a really big pancake. It was really yummy. I can’t say it was as good as apple pie, but it sure hit the spot. Of course, the kids had theirs with ice cream.
Here’s the vegetable beef with barley soup. Yum!

These were the best buttermilk biscuits I’ve ever tasted. AND THEY’RE WEIGHT WATCHERS! I told my hubby it was a Weight Watchers recipe and he didn’t even believe me. They were that good!
