When I came back from California, we had a staff meeting the next day. At the staff meeting, a few teachers were talking about Strep going around. I immediately covered my ears and said, “La, la, la, la, la!” You see, I’m a Step magnet. All you have to do is speak of it and I get it. I went to bed last night feeling fine, and woke up with swollen tonsils and a fever. Ugh.
It’s a good thing I have a cool new LeapFrog water bottle to keep my hydrated.
If anybody needs me, I’ll be resting.
