Ooh. Me too. I hate cleaning out under the kitchen sink. I keep things because you just never know when I may have a stain or odor to get rid of.

I have tried the homemade liquid version but found it just didn't get the teenage boy smell out of the clothes! It had borax, washing soda and a bar of soap melted into it. I am just wondering if this powder mixture with the salt would do better! I use vinegar water for my hardwood floors but have used ammonia water for my ceramic tile. I am planning to use a vinegar mixture in a spray bottle to replace the 409. Thanks for the info!!
