I've made them (called them Oreo Balls) and taken them to cookie exchange parties as an alternative to cookies. You can also melt some white almond bark in a baggy, snip off a corner, lightly sqeeze and drizzle a little over the top. Then they look like fancy truffles!

I made something similar at Christmas but made a red velvet cake, mixed in icing, rolled into balls (then froze overnight), then dipped in white chocolate…YUMMY!
