Thank you for the recipe. I first sauted some onion and celery then added the mixed veggies so they were heated up that way. I used leftover Turkey. I added the cream of chicken but it was not enough so I also added a can of cream of potato and a bit of milk cause the potato soup was very thick, bout 1/2 a can. Perhaps my pie pan (9") was bigger. My family loved it and gobbled it up.

My pot pie is very similar to this one except my pie calls for Cream of Potato, we love potatoes so lately I have added a small can of potatoes as well. YUMMY on a cold evening and EASY!!
