Seriously.  How did I live without this?

My Kitchen Aid beater was in poor shape.  The coating was coming off into my food and making things look gray.  It needed to be replaced and I knew I didn’t want a metal beater.  I wanted a ceramic beater with a clean white finish.

After searching a few stores with no luck, I found this one on Amazon with side scrapers built in. I have a professional grade 5 mixer and it doesn’t seem to be as common as the other models.  I tried this out for the first time this week and it was awesome!  I didn’t even need to scrape down the bowl once!   Someone was very smart with this invention!
