Yesterday, I shared the new cookbook my daughter picked out at the bookstore. Well, she didn’t just go for the sweet treats. She also picked this pasta dish she wanted to make. It has lots of veggies, bowtie pasta, chicken, rice wine vinegar, sesame seed oil, honey, and soy sauce. I cooked the chicken in the crockpot all day and boiled the noodles, but my six year old did everything else.
Let me tell you, THIS RECIPE IS A KEEPER! It was so yummy and tasted very light. I loved that it was filled with veggies too!
Served with bread and some fruit, it was the perfect meal. I love it when my kids cook dinner for me. This could become a habit!
