I’m a baker. Always have been. Stressful day at work, time to bake cookies.
I didn’t purposefully set out to collect cookie cutters, but I have a huge collection. I don’t display many plastic cookie cutters because, well, they are really ugly. I have several vintage cookie cutters. Wow, I just called the cookie cutters from my childhood VINTAGE.
He has a story and he’ll always be my favorite.
A girl after my own heart. I too collect them and a few of mine are "Vintage"! I'm baking Italian cookies and went through my stash looking for a leaf. Needless to say now I'm on the hunt for one.

I have a jar full of vintage cutters too. I just love how simple and yet how festive they are.

I LOVE these VINTAGE (ha!) cutters! I totally remember these little red gingerbread men! Cute!
I love my cookie cutters too some I've had since the 70's oops did I just let on how old I am LOL
Isn't it a great time of year?!! I decorate a small Christmas tree in my kitchen with my cookie cutters so I can see all the family favorites each day. Yes…the star cookie cutter is at the top of the tree!
Baking is great therapy! I love to bake too, and have some of my favorite cookie cutters in a vintage jar in my kitchen.
I have the same bell and tree! I also have a candle, stocking, and a star 🙂 My mom passed them to me, it does sound odd to hear them called "vintage"!! I used to let the kids cut play doh with them, but now they're just for baking.
I LOVE the small tree in the kitchen idea!! I have a small tree that has been sitting in the back room – unable to find a home. Until now! I'm decorating it with cookie cutters this very minute!! Thanks for the inspiration Becca!
I LOVE your blog. Your decorating is so nice. I have to say that I get bored with all this silver and white stuff: I love old stuff and things with character and meaning. So glad I found your blog!! I'll be following you now! 🙂
