My friend, Diane, returned from Seaside and had much better luck crabbing than we did. Fortunately, she shared. (That’s a true friend.) Last week my kids and I made Gouda mac and cheese with freshly caught Seaside crab. OH, YUM!
I started throwing things in the pot and had the kids start mixing it up.

I started back to school on Monday…lovin it but missing the freedom of summer. We have 5 full workshop days….I am starting a blog series about back to school…would love to have your opinion about the first post and maybe you would consider writing something to guest post. Take a look and let me know

More amazing than how good that dish looks is the fact you have children open minded enough to eat crab in their mac and cheese! I'm impressed! 🙂

Hi Becca,
I {loved} your post about gouda mac n cheese..you had me at gouda (and the crab)! I saw that you referenced Seaside in your post. By any chance is that Seaside, OR? My father-in-law grew up there.
