What a great week! The weather here in the Pacific Northwest has finally dried out a bit. We’ve had sunny skies and temps in the fifties and sixties. I’ve been working outside in the front yard and the back yard.
The flowers in my yard are just starting to bloom.
Before we get going with the party, I’m wondering something. If someone posts something at a linky party but also says on their blog that you cannot use their pictures in your blog, is it still ok to post their picture? I’d like to showcase a few favorite projects from the previous week, but don’t want to upset people. I would guess that as long as I show the project and link back to the original blog, it’s ok. Right? Let me know what proper blog etiquette is.
On with the party:

I love the pillows and the flowers are beautiful. When it stops raining here I'll be out in the yard playing in the dirt. Thanks for hosting again this week.

I would think it would be best to ask the person if you want to feature their pics if they say elsewhere not to use them.

love the color scheme of your house. Your seating area is beautiful.
I forgot which party it is, I think Remodelaholic says in her rules that by linking you give her permission to feature your project. You could just also email the person for permission first.

What a beautiful yard you have. That deck looks like the perfect place to relax with a nice glass of tea and a good magazine.

Hi Becca, I just found your blog and I am now happily following! I'm also trying to spruce up our outdoor living space now that the weather is getting nice. I'd love it if you have a chance to check out my blog if you have a chance. Also, I think it's acceptable to use someone's photos if it's to feature them and you link back to their original post. Have a great weekend!
