It’s still way too cold and soggy outside to plant basil. Last year I painted this pot with chalkboard paint and it makes the perfect container for my basil. I usually move my basil outside in late June. Until then, I’ll get to smell it when we sit down at the dinner table.
I'm Becca. I'm a teacher, and when I'm not in the classroom, I'm doing everything I can to create a happy home. I love to cook, bake, garden, sew, quilt, teach, and simply spend time with my family.
Hi Becca, I'm Connie at http://hotflashncraftn.blogspot.com/, a new GFC friend. I would love it if you stop by and be mine, too. I love the smell of basil, too. Dill is my all time favorite. Thanks for showing the pot, I like it.
