Vintage Rectangles Quilt

October 29, 2013   By Becca 4 Comments

I guess you might be able to tell that when the weather gets cooler, I start sewing.  I finished this quilt top a while ago, but just picked it up from my quilter this weekend.

I’ve always loved the vintage reproduction fabrics, and I couldn’t resist this Honeybun Precut by Moda.  It sat on my shelf for quite a while, because I just couldn’t decide what I wanted to do with it.  Finally, I started sewing strips together and kind of made it up as I went along.  I’m kind of liking how it turned out, but I don’t really know where I’m going to put this one.

I had my quilter do a large stippling pattern all over the quilt.

I love the bright colors and the vintage feel!

Happy quilting!
